"Pedia_Roid" is a pediatric patient-type robot that allows for a realistic experience of the struggles and movements of children who are resistant to treatment, as well as sudden changes in their medical condition. Developed with a focus on the limited opportunities for clinical practice with children in medical education, it accurately reproduces emotional expressions of joy, anger, sadness, and pleasure, as well as changes in complexion, pupil size, and breathing sounds.
